Delivery Service
Delivery times vary depending on the product selected. Most tiles are supplied on a 4-week lead time, while some specialist ranges may require up to 6 weeks. If you require your order sooner, we may be able to arrange an express 2-week delivery on selected products. Please note that this service is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.
Please note that all quoted lead times commence once the goods have been collected from the manufacturing facility by our nominated haulier. Collection dates are dependent on factory production and loading schedules, and in some cases it may take several days for the factory to prepare and release your order for collection.
All deliveries are made kerbside/roadside only by our third-party hauliers. Drivers are unable to carry, handball or move goods into your property, garage, garden or any other location. Please ensure suitable assistance is available to receive and move your order upon delivery.
Please inspect your order before signing for delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be clearly noted on the driver's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. If goods are signed for as received in good condition, we may be unable to accept responsibility for any visible damage or missing items. Any concealed damage should be reported to Archi-tile within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs where possible.
Returns
Many of our products are special order items, sourced specifically for your order. As these tiles are not held in our UK stock, special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.
If you are unsure whether a product is a stocked item or a special order item before placing your order, please contact our team and we'll be happy to advise.
We recommend ordering an additional 10% to allow for cuts, wastage and any future repairs, as we cannot guarantee that the same batch or shade will be available at a later date.
